Automatic empty drums warehouse

Our warehouse has been designed to ensure maximum efficiency in the management and storage of empty drums. The Teymasa warehouse is based on the FIFO system (First In, First Out). In this way an optimal management of the storage capacity is achieved. The storage program can work simultaneously in the loading and unloading of drums. In the same way, it can be interconnected with several filling lines according to the planned production cycles.

The facility is completely adaptable to the space available in each plant.

Automatic De-Palletizers

Automatic drum de-palletizer equipped with a scanning system that identifies the position of the drums on the pallet, indicating the positioning coordinates to the gripper set, which picks up the drum and moves it to the corresponding conveyor. The operator manages the de-palletizing gantry quickly and easily with a joystick fitted in the control dashboard.

 

De-palletizer/sack cutter by palletization layers

  • The pallet with the sacks to be emptied is positioned over a hydraulically-actioned lift table

  •  The lift table rises automatically, approaching a gripper set that picks up the layer of sacks. They are then sent to the cutting area which is equipped with blades.

  •  The content of the sacks is tipped into a product collection hopper.

  •  The empty sacks fall onto a tray from which they are then removed.

Full Packaging Lines

TEYMASA offers integral and comprehensive solutions to address every packaging need. We integrate the equipment designed and manufactured by our company with the other equipment that complements the entire packaging line to cover the full cycle: de-palletizing, accumulation, infeed of containers on the line, filling, capping, labelling, boxing and palletizing.

This optimizes the cost of components as the whole line is unified, resulting in management savings, fewer spare parts, economic savings and lower maintenance costs.

The line will be designed to coordinate movements between the different machines which also results in energy savings.

By creating a unified design the space occupied by the line is also optimized, resulting in space savings within the industrial facility.

A single system with centralized control can also be installed.
