HANDLING FEEDING SYSTEMS

PAF: Pile Automatic Feeder
The Horizontal Loading and Feeding Units are installed at the outfeed end of production lines. Their function is to group product which is lying flat into piles and to transfer the piles into the infeed flights of flowrapping machines.
SAF: Slug Automatic Feeder
RAF: Roll Automatic Feeder
The SynchroFeed Vertical Loading and Feeding Units are installed at the outfeed end of production lines. Their function is to assemble products on edge, into slugs, and to transfer them into the flighted conveyor.
The system allows the reception of “Grissines” from the production line, the creation of portions and their automatic feeding to a flowpack wrapper.
